HCL is hiring Network Engineers for multiple locations (Bangalore, Chennai and Noida).
Primary Skills: Network Engineer with wireless lan, sd wan, viptela, infoblox, f5 loadbalancer
Good knowledge SD-WAN controllers deploying process.
Good knowledge in SD-WAN controllers work flow and establish the connectivity at SD-WAN fabric. Good knowledge in DTLS connection between the controller s and certificate installation.
Planning vManage active and passive cluster configuration and implementation for Disaster recovery plan.
Design the vSmart controller, Configuring Affinity between vSmart and vEdge Devices planning and Controller Group Identifier on vSmart ControllersDeploy vEdge routers based on the HQ and remote site requirements.
Deploy the centralized control policy and dynamic tunnel between the remote sites.
Hands-on experience in configuring Viptela devices and creating device and feature templates on vManage required for SD-WAN implementation.
Prepare the documents for the implementation (Runsheet details steps for deployment).
Prepare the SD-WAN software upgrade as per the IT governance security policy.
Implement the SD-WAN controllers and testing based on the new design.
Prepare and plan the pilot site migration SD-WAN device and test with the existing infra.
Create the device template and future template based on the design and model of vEdge.
(1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
(2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
(3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
(4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
(5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases.
