Pawan Hans Recruitment 2024 Salary:
✔️ CPL (A) Holders to CPL (H): As per Advertisement.
✔️ General Manager: E-7 – Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000.
✔️ Joint General Manager: E-6 – Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000.
✔️ Associate Helicopter Pilot: Stipend Rs. 15,000 per month during MCF period as Retention Pay. The package emoluments for Associate Helicopter Pilots ranges from Rs. 1.50 lakh to Rs. 4.50 lakh.

Pawan Hans Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
CPL (A) Holders to CPL (H): 10+2 Passed in Science with Physics, Mathematics and English or its equivalent from any recognized Board with 60% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/ST candidates).

General Manager (HR & Admin): MBA’s or P.G. Degree / Two years Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management + 15 years post qualification executive experience.

General Manager (Operations): Should have held CHPL / ATPL (H) and at least 5000 hours of Helicopter Flying out of which 3000 hours as PIC + IR and should have minimum 20 hours of night flying experience.

General Manager (Flight Safety): CHPL / ATPL License endorsed for helicopter operated by the Company. (OR) Aircraft Engineer with AME License endorsed for the helicopter operated by the Company. (OR) Should be a Helicopter Pilot / Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with Safety Experience with or without flying / medical category. (OR) Engineering Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics, Electronics & Communication or equivalent from a recognized University with Safety Experience.

Joint General Manager (HR & Admin): MBA’s or P.G. Degree / Two years Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management + 12 years post qualification executive experience.

Joint General Manager (Finance and Accounts): CA’s / ICWA’s / MBA’s with specialization in Finance + 12 years post qualification executive experience.

Joint General Manager (Materials): Engineering Degree / MBA / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management with minimum 12 years post qualification executive experience.

Pawan Hans Limited Recruitment 2023 Qualifications:

✔️ Hindi Translator: Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level or vice versa.

✔️ Assistant (F&A): B. Com Degree from a recognized University / Institution with three years post qualification relevant experience OR M. Com Degree with one year post qualification relevant experience.

✔️ Assistant (IT): 10+2 Science with 3 years Diploma in Electronics & Communication / Information Technology with three years post qualification experience OR B.E. / B. Tech in Electronics & Communication / Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent degree with one-year post qualification experience from an Institution recognized by the Govt. of India. The incumbent should have obtained 60% & above marks and experience should be in the field of Networking (LAN/WAN), EPABX, Servers, Communication, VHF etc as on date of interview.

✔️ Assistant (Operations): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University / Institution with three years post qualification relevant experience OR Post Graduation Degree (2 years duration) with one year post qualification relevant experience.
