Position: International E-Commerce Chat Process
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (2 Week Offs)
Location: Work from Office
Interview Timing: 11 AM – 4 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Handle chats & Mails related to e-commerce services.
Provide excellent customer service and support to international clients.
Resolve queries and issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain high levels of communication and professionalism.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Adaptability to a dynamic work setting.
