Job Title: Delivery Manager – Domestic Recruitment

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee and drive our domestic recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely delivery of top talent to meet our organizational needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the domestic recruitment landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and achievement of recruitment targets.

Provide guidance, training, and support to recruitment team members.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Recruitment Process Management:

Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.

Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with company policies and compliance requirements.

Monitor and manage the recruitment pipeline to ensure timely delivery of candidates.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with the Director of Staffing to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.

Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and priorities.

Act as the main point of contact for recruitment-related inquiries and issues.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on recruitment data and feedback.

Employer Branding:

Promote the companys employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the candidate experience.

Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.

Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.


Bachelors degree in Human Resources, MBA / Any Graduate

8+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on domestic recruitment.

Proven experience in managing and leading a recruitment team.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and legal compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.

Familiarity with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
